Held at the Three-Revolution Exhibition Hall, valuable scientific and technological books … were on display…. Indicating the event’s importance, Choe Thae-bok, secretary of the Central Committee of the ruling Workers’ Party of North Korea … attended the opening ceremony.” Uh — great!
